A 28-year-old man was arrested for damage and domestic violence in Vila Esperança, in Osvaldo Cruz (SP).

As released by the Military Police this Monday (25), the 31-year-old victim reported that she had been receiving death threats from her husband for a few days. On Friday (22), in possession of a gallon containing fuel and a machete, the companion allegedly threatened her again.

According to the military, the victim would have run and taken shelter at her sister’s residence, where her husband would have arrived shouting and making death threats.

According to police, the man started throwing stones at the residence and caused damage to the place. Furthermore, the victim learned that her husband had gone to her mother-in-law’s house and also caused damage to the place and appliances.

The Military Police surrounded the property and the boy was found and approached in Vila Esperança, where the suspect was arrested in the act. He was taken to the Civil Police Station, in Adamantina (SP).

At the Civil Police Station, he was charged with the crimes of damage and domestic violence. Furthermore, protective measures were drawn up in favor of the victims.

The boy remained at the disposal of Justice.
