Drivers in the Southern Region of Brazil need to pay attention to the latest changes in fuel prices. According to data from the Edenred Ticket Log (IPTL) Price Index, referring to the first half of March, the price of ethanol registered an increase of 0.75%, while gasoline and diesel also saw variations.
Douglas Pina, General Director of Mobility at Edenred Brasil, highlighted the relevance of the data, highlighting that the South Region had the lowest average prices in the country for both types of diesel. Furthermore, he emphasized ethanol as a more economical option for supply, especially in Paraná and Santa Catarina, and also as a more ecologically advantageous choice, contributing to sustainable low-carbon mobility.
