A 27-year-old man was arrested in San Francisco, in the United States, for stealing a leg from a victim of a train collision. After removing her from the scene, the suspect, identified as Resendo Tellez, was seen eating the member in public.

The scene was recorded on video by a witness who confirmed having seen Resendo during the cannibal act. “I’m not sure where, but he walked over and was shaking someone’s leg. And he started chewing there, he was biting and hitting the wall and everything,” he described.

The man was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of “removing human remains from a place other than a cemetery.” He already had a police record for possession of controlled substances without authorization and for violating his probation.

He was arrested without offering resistance by the railway police and taken to the police station. Now, he will answer for the charges.
