This Thursday (28), three real estate funds will distribute income to their shareholders, and the funds BCIA11 and BTRA11 are part of this group. BCIA11 shareholders receive R$0.87, while BTRA11 investors receive R$0.30 per share.

If you are a shareholder in one of these funds that pay dividends todayyou don’t need to do anything to ensure the receipt of earningsas they automatically fall into your stock brokerage account.

You real estate fundslike BCIA11 and BTRA11, must distribute 95% of their financial result each semester, in accordance with legislation.

Normally, the FIIs make these payments on a monthly basis.

These values ​​are exempt from Income Tax for individuals, which is a great attraction for investors.
