The process is intuitive, starting with filling in the general data, followed by adding the items to be quoted, including suppliers, collecting prices and, finally, analyzing the proposals to close the quote. Each step is carefully planned to ensure a fluid experience and make it easier to carry out your purchasing tasks.

1- Start of price quotation: General information

The journey begins by filling in the basic information about the company linked to the quote in question. At this initial stage, you can even establish a deadline for price collection, allowing the system to suggest the end of the collection stage and move on to analyzing the proposals.

2 – Definition of items to be quoted

In this step, you define the products that your company wants to purchase, providing details about the items, quantities and deadlines so that suppliers can prepare their proposals.

3 – Choosing price quote suppliers

At this point in the quote, you list the suppliers who will participate in the price collection process. To make this process even more agile, Senior X ERP automatically loads the supplier’s registration data.

Additionally, we offer the option to personalize your quote by entering a specific contact. For example, if your company has representatives designated for each type of product, you can register the contact details of the person responsible for this quote.
