Crime happened on January 29th

This Monday, the 1st, the Public Ministry of Santa Catarina (MP-SC) denounced two men who had killed the father and made an attempt on the life of the mother of one of the accused. The crime took place in the early hours of January 29, in Indaial.

The accused are being accused of murder and attempted murder with triple qualifications – a clumsy, somewhat cruel motive, committed by surprise and a resource that made it difficult for the victims to defend themselves.

The criminal action was filed by the 2nd Public Prosecutor’s Office of the District of Indaial. The Criminal Court Court converted the defendants’ temporary detention into preventive detention after receiving the complaint.

The complaint also highlights that there was a teenager involved in the crime, who would be the girlfriend of one of the defendants: “and, in this condition, she was not only aware, but also voluntarily adhered to the conduct of the perpetrators of the crimes, having agreed with her boyfriend how the crime would take place. the joint use of the reward to be received by him after the execution of the crime”.
