The murder

The murder of the shooter’s father, Francisco Alves Terto, occurred in 2012. At the time, the defendant went to the victim’s farm in a drunken state to question him about a donkey that had escaped from his property.

When the victim reported that he did not know the whereabouts of the animal, he was shot in the abdomen. Francisco was rescued and was hospitalized for 18 days, but he did not survive and died on October 5, 2012. The information is from UOL.
