At 94 years old, Lima Duarte receives tribute from Globo and says that “death awaits him”, leaving fans scared: understand what he said
The actor Lima Duarte, aged 94, shocked the public this Tuesday (02) when he was honored by Globo. At the premiere of Tribute to Lima Duarteon Globoplay, the celebrity spoke openly about death and left many people worried.
The attraction, which recalls the star’s trajectory, joins similar tributes already shown by Globoplay that paid homage to names such as Laura Cardoso, Manoel Carlos It is Zeze Motta. The production went to the place where Lima lives, in the interior of São Paulo, to record interviews.
At one point, after remembering the beginning of his career on TV, he said: “In memory, the territory of emotion, I find great things that are worth my soul, that save my spirit, that give me life. I always come back, I come back all day long, I live in the past“.

LIMA DUARTE SEEKS MEDIUM AFTER DAUGHTER’S DEATH
Lima Duarte revealed in February that she sought spiritual help after losing her daughter, Julia Martins, who was only 49 years old. He appeared at a spiritist center and said he went there to look for a medium.
On social media, the star published photos of him speaking into the microphone at the venue. Lima went to the city of Sacramento, in Minas Gerais, to try to contact the medium Eurípedes Barsanulfo, who died in 1918.
