Motorcyclist is injured after being involved in a car accident in Greater Curitiba

An accident involving a car and a motorcycle left a 19-year-old young man injured in Almirante Tamandaré, in the Metropolitan Region of Curitiba. The raid occurred on Rua Francisco Kruger, in the Cachoeira neighborhood, on Wednesday afternoon (24).

Witnesses reported that the young man was passing along the street, when he was surprised by the driver of the car, who was initially stopped, but decided to make a turn.

Corporal De Souza, from the Fire Department, explains that the young man was wearing a helmet and was taken to the hospital with a cut on his face. Furthermore, according to the officer, the safety equipment was properly secured, so the injury came from an object that had not yet been found.

“The first treatment was provided by Almirante Tamandaré’s team, who sent the victim with moderate injuries to Hospital Evangélico”

said Corporal De Souza, from the Fire Department.

The driver of the car remained at the scene to provide assistance and provide medical care.
