Sofia Vergara sells luxurious mansion after divorce and price is impressive

Colombian actress Sofia Vergara sold his luxurious mansion in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, in the United States. The property was the artist’s home with her ex-husband, also an actor. Joe Manganiello, from whom she separated in November last year. What was impressive, however, was the price at which the mansion was sold.

In order to get rid of the house quickly, Sofia and Joe sold it for a price well below what the property is appraised for. According to the website TMZ, she and her ex-husband were asking for US$19.6 million (more than R$100 million at the current price). However, the sale agreement was closed at US$13.9 million (around R$71.5 million).

The property has been for sale since 2023, when the ex-couple officially announced their breakup. At the time, the Daily Mail newspaper pointed out that the reason for the divorce between Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello was the actor’s battle with the alcohol video, since the actress never stopped consuming alcoholic beverages. “It’s clear that Sofia’s not being sober had an impact on her marriage,” declared a source to the vehicle. The end, however, happened amicably.

In February, Sofia Vergara opened the doors of her mansion to Architectural Digest magazine and showed the details of her home in Los Angeles to her fans. The property has 17 thousand square meters and has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, an attached townhouse for visitors, a swimming pool and a cinema room, all decorated with items from different countries.

The house has several antique items from Sweden, Spain, France and Italy, as well as several spaces to welcome your family and friends. On the occasion, Sofia also showed details of her bedroom, the bathroom with a beautiful view of the garden and the outdoor area, as well as her closet, full of designer looks, bags and shoes.
