The body of the criminal police officer, Cássio Eduardo Maldonado Siqueira, aged 44, who died after losing control of the motorcycle and crashing the vehicle into a pole on BR-040, will be laid to rest this Thursday (25), at the Nossa Senhora do Cemitério Carmo, in Betim, in the Metropolitan region of BH.
The funeral is scheduled to take place at 1pm. The police officer was assigned to the Public-Private Penitentiary Complex of Ribeirão das Neves I.

The police officer was traveling on a straight line when he left the road and hit the pole violently. Witnesses told Itatiaia that the police officer may have dozed off while driving. Now the Civil Police is investigating the case.

He was stationed at the Ribeirão das Neves I Public-Private Penitentiary Complex and entered the prison system in 2009. The employee leaves behind a son.
