This Tuesday (30), a 60-kilo bag of Arabica coffee costs R$1,277.47 in the city of São Paulo. Coffee prices soared in April. For Arabica coffee, the increase is close to 25%.

For Robusta coffee, the price increase was 21.65% in April. Today, a 60-kilo bag, net price, in cash, is sold at R$ 1,158.85 for pickup in the vicinity of the producing region of Colatina and São Gabriel da Palha, in the state of Espírito Santo.

For crystal sugar, in São Paulo, the price fell, to R$ 144.98. On the coast of São Paulo, the average price, without taxes, for a 50-kilo bag also fell, to R$139.55.

A 60 kg bag of corn was stable and is traded at R$58.10 for the reference region of Campinas (SP).
