Military police member is part of an extermination group and supplied weapons for the murder of a lawyer and client in RN, says police chief | large northern river

Janielson Nunes de Lima, Brenda’s client, was investigated by the police as the author of the murder of cowboy João Victor. The motivation for this first murder is determined in another investigation that remains confidential, according to the police.

“The family members came together with other cowboys and members of a criminal organization that operates in the region of São José de Mipibu to avenge the death of João Victor. Today we managed to clarify the authorship and all articulation. Eight people were arrested who were at the scene of the crime.

“Our concern is that there is an extermination group and statistics indicate that it operates in that region, in rivalry with a local faction. Today we were able to verify a vast amount of material, seize more than 20 long weapons supplied by this public security agent”, he added. .

According to the police chief, upon learning that the suspect had been taken to the police station, the perpetrators of the crime got together and left their cities – mainly São José de Mipibu – to go to Santo Antônio. They spent the day waiting for an opportunity to kill Janielson.

“The group had already been organized for a long time, carrying out several deaths there, they already had weapons suppliers, they already had executioners, so it was easy to organize themselves for this crime”, says the delegate.

Brenda and Janielson were killed shortly after leaving the Santo Antônio police station. The crime took place in broad daylight, around 3:30 pm, approximately 600 meters from the police station.

Janielson had been detained by the Military Police in the municipality of Arez, and taken to the police station to give a statement. Lawyer Brenda Oliveira was hired by the suspect’s family on the same day and went to the scene to defend him.

The man was not arrested, because there was no further arrest, and the Civil Police did not yet have an arrest warrant for him. Upon leaving the scene, the lawyer gave her client a ride and ended up dying with him, when the car was intercepted by four criminals on two motorcycles.

Three other people from the family or linked to Janielson were also in the vehicle, but survived the attack. The prisoners will also face charges of attempted murder.

A video recorded by security cameras shows the moment the lawyer’s car was intercepted by at least four people who were on two motorcycles. The criminals shoot at the occupants of the vehicle.

The driver tried to escape the shots, accelerated the vehicle, but ended up leaving the road and hitting a parked bus. The criminals went to the location and shot her and the client again.
