In addition to the seven defendants accused of killing the fan, the trial, which began on February 15, also has four defendants, three of whom are accused of harming the physical integrity of a young girl and one of possessing a prohibited weapon.
According to the indictment, consulted by Lusa, since the beginning of 2022, five of the 11 defendants, three of whom are accused of qualified homicide and in pre-trial detention, have maintained a climate of conflict with the victim motivated by attacks between them and family members.
