A well-known actor from Globo soap operas and considered a heartthrob in the 90s is fighting a battle against the scales after discovering a heart problem, and shared the details of his new routine

The rerun of the soap operaSand women ‘ came to an end on March 15th with great audience success. Starring Gloria Pires the serial also had in its cast Guilherme Fontes like the heartthrob Frames. Now 57 years old, the actor’s life has changed drastically in recent months.
In an interview with gshow, Guilherme Fontes revealed that he was diagnosed with a heart problemspecifically an obstruction of almost 60% fat in one of the main arteries connected to the organ.
The somewhat frightening discovery made the 90s heartthrob take drastic measures in his routine to improve his health. One of them was the change your diet and focus on losing 10 kilos.
“I’m not a child anymore and I have to keep up with my exercises and take my medication. I used to take it very carelessly. Not anymore. As I said, my idea is to finally become a sexy symbol”, began the actor, good-naturedly, commenting on your condition.

In the interview with gshow, Guilherme Fontes also revealed the details of his current diet, which is being quite restricted and involves a very heavy change in eating habits:
