O ‘The Voice Kids’ will be back on air this month. According to the statement sent to newsrooms, the RTP1 program returns on April 14th and with new mentors.
Fernando Daniel and Aurea will be replaced by Nininho Vaz Maia and Cuca Roseta, who will debut in “The Voice family”. These two new names join, once again, Bárbara Tinoco and Carlão.
Catarina Furtado will once again have the role of presenter and Catarina Maia will follow everything that happens behind the scenes.
“‘The Voice Kids’ is a great adventure for the kids and, without a doubt, even more so for me. I’m looking forward to being with the candidates, learning from them and also from my fellow mentors. I’m really happy to be a part of this adventure”, said Nininho Vaz Maia.
In turn, Cuca Roseta “reveals to be really special and that the public can expect a season with lots of laughs and lots of tears”. “Anything can happen… and anything will happen,” she added.
Carlão highlights that this new edition “is one of maturity and ease.” “The fourth time I sit in that chair I do so with a sense of relaxation and security that allows me to enjoy the experience much more. Very ready to learn from those incredible kids, always expecting the unexpected”, he further shared.
Bárbara Tinoco shares that “this new season of ‘The Voice Kids’ is full of new beginnings, coincidences and full of boys from all over the world.”
“As always, we are the adults who learn the most and, as always, it is a season full of talent. There are things that never change and thankfully, as I said, this is a season full of new beginnings”, he added.
The statement also indicates that there is something new in this new edition of the program. ‘The Voice Kids’ will now have “a super pass, a button that will give direct access to the galas, automatically blocking all mentors in the game.”
