Larry Farrish Jr., who drives a school bus in Louisville, Kentucky, United States, has lived up to the reputation he has in his community as a person dedicated to others and their needs.

According to the newspaper Today, one day, Farrish Jr. noticed that one of the students he usually transports, Levi, was not in his best days, and decided to intervene.

“Normally, when I arrive, he is there waiting for me with a big smile. On this day, however, he was sitting on the floor with a coat covering his head”, said the driver.

After asking the boy, a first-year student, what was going on, Levi told him that he was sad because he didn’t have pajamas, so he couldn’t participate in Pajama Day that was going to take place at school.

Once the transportation of students to school was completed, Farrish Jr. went directly to a store and purchased two pairs of pajamas for Levi. Afterwards, he returned to school and improved the child’s day-and mood.

“You were sad this morning, you were crying, so I got you these pajamas”, the driver said to the child, adding: “He was so happy… you should see how his face lit up”.
