Ingredients:
240 g self-raising flour
2 eggs
1 small can of condensed milk
56 g unsalted butter, melted and cooled (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Preparation method:
1- First, in a large bowl, mix the eggs and the contents of a can of condensed milk. Fill the empty container with water and add. Mix everything very well. You can add butter and vanilla.
two- Sprinkle the self-raising flour over the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
3- Let the dough rest for at least 15 minutes. Then, if the batter seems too thick, add more water, a few tablespoons at a time, up to ¼ cup, or until you reach the desired consistency.
4- Then, heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium/low heat. Add some butter to the pan and let it melt.
5- Pour about ⅓ to ½ cup of batter into the pan. Cook the pancakes on both sides. Do this to finish off the dough.
6- Serve with whipped yogurt or hot maple syrup and fruit.
