Miguel Stilwell already holds more than one million euros in EDP shares
The electric company’s CEO bought 15 thousand shares for 52 thousand euros and thus now holds 300 thousand shares in the company, which are worth more than one million euros at this Friday’s closing price.

EDP CEO, Miguel Stilwell d’Andrade, presented the Group’s new image at Central Tejo, where energy was produced at the beginning of the 20th century.
The CEO of EDP, Miguel Stilwell d’Andrade, bought 15 thousand shares of the company this Friday at an average price of 3.479 euros, the electric company said in a statement to the Securities Market Commission (CMVM).
Miguel Stilwell, who is also CEO of EDP Renováveis, invested 52,185.36 euros in the acquisition.
After this purchase, the manager’s stake in the electricity company’s capital amounts to 300 thousand shares. Taking into account the closing price of EDP shares in this Friday’s session (3.602 euros), the shares held by Miguel Stilwell are worth 1.08 million euros.
