A MG set up shop in Portugal in 2023. Last year marked the return of the brand, which now belongs to a Chinese business group and its growth has been clearly noticed.
In March alone, MG delivered 166 vehicles to Portugal, more than brands such as MINI, Honda, Alfa Romeo, Suzuki or Smart.
If in 2023, MG sold 1,080 cars, in the first three months of the year, MG registered almost half of this number: a total of 443 new units registered.
MG has six vehicles in its portfolio – four electric, one plug-in hybrid and one gasoline – and their prices are among the most competitive on the market. The MG ZS, petrol, starts at 22,990 euros, while the MG4, an electric car with a range of up to 520 km, starts at 27,057 euros.
