DAfter more than two months of speculation, Kate broke her silence to talk about why her schedule was suspended: The Princess of Wales has cancer and is undergoing treatment, an announcement she made in a video released by the BBC.
According to the foreign press, it was to protect her children, George, Charlotte and Louis, that Kate decided to reveal this information only this Friday, the 22nd.
The young princes are now starting their Easter holidays, so they won’t need to go to school in the near future, thus avoiding having to face possible comments from other classmates.
It should be remembered that the children know that their mother is sick, as the princess herself informed in the recorded video, having assured them that she will “be fine”.
