Rio – Admitted to a hospital in Rio, Anderson Leonardo, 51 years old, is awake and shows clinical and laboratory improvement. The information is contained in the Molejo singer’s medical report, sent by the artist’s press office, to DAYon Monday afternoon.

“Unimed-Rio Hospital informs that Anderson de Oliveira continues to be treated for an infectious condition with intravenous antibiotics, showing clinical and laboratory improvement. The patient is awake, breathing room air and eating orally”, informs the bulletin signed by Luiz Fernando Nogueira Simvoulidis, medical director of the health unit.

Anderson Leonardo was diagnosed with cancer in the groin region in October 2022. Five months after celebrating the cure, he had to resume treatment last year. The artist, who had been discharged on the 19th, was hospitalized again in serious condition last Sunday (24). Last Thursday, he started eating again.

In an interview with “Domingo Espetacular”, on Record TV, Andrezinho, a member of Molejo, revealed an emotional request made by his friend at the health unit. “He woke up and sang. In a moment of lucidity, he wanted to play. He said: ‘Take my chip’. Things like that,” the musician told journalist Paloma Poeta.
