‘Barrados’ actress reveals daughter’s bullying at school after family was caught living in trailer | Celebrities

Actress Tori Spelling has revealed that her 15-year-old daughter, Stella, was a victim of bullying at school after the family was caught living in a trailer park in Los Angeles. The former star of the series ‘Barrados no Baile’ exposed the attack suffered by the teenager in the most recent episode of her podcast, ‘misSPELLING’.

Currently living in a mansion with a monthly rent of US$15,000 (R$74,000), Spelling has faced several debt problems with credit card companies over the past few years. Last year she left her home and lived with her children in a trailer after a fungal infestation was found to be affecting the children’s health.

After leaving her residence with the children, Spelling was initially seen with the quintet occupying a roadside motel room in Los Angeles. At the time, the establishment charged US$100 per night. Afterwards, she left the place to occupy a friend’s house. However, shortly after, she spent time in the trailer park with her children.

Spelling is also mother to Lima (17 years old), Hattie (12 years old), Finn (11 years old) and Beau (7 years old). The five are the result of her marriage to actor Dean McDermott. The two exchanged rings in 2006 and reportedly filed for divorce last month.

Tori Spelling reported on the bullying suffered by her daughter: “My daughter says, ‘people are talking about us at school, they know you and our family and they read the newspapers’. Someone at the school then asked, ‘Are you in the school neighborhood or living in the trailer park?’ You guys live in a trailer, right?’. She was embarrassed.”

The actress then explained to the show’s listeners how she rented the RV “like any family” and that she just “drove to the coast and camped [com os filhos]”.

Spelling lived during his childhood in the US$165 million mansion of his father, producer Aaron Spelling (1923-2006) – one of the great businessmen in the history of US TV, having accumulated a fortune revolving around of US$600 million. Due to disagreements over her inheritance, she fought with her mother, socialite Candy Spelling.

Recently, the international press reported that Spelling and her mother had made peace.
