O Destiny has its curiosities and on television they also occur. Teresa Guilherme is just hours away from starting a new challenge on television, this time alongside Rui Oliveira, husband of someone Teresa worked with for many (and good) years: Manuel Luís Goucha.
The veteran presenter took to Instagram to react to this new duo (which is temporary and only occurs due to Ágata Rodrigues’ vacation), sharing two photographs, the first being one of him with Teresa and another, more recent, of Teresa with Rui Oliveira.
“Between the two photos there are 32 years apart. It was 1992, Teresa and I were preparing to present ‘Olha Que Dois’, a successful program on Saturdays, José Eduardo Moniz was the director of RTP at the time. Then each one followed the her television path, Teresa went to SIC, owned by Emídio Rangel, the station was completing its first year of life, to produce and present programs that made ‘Furor’ such as ‘Não Se Esqueça da Escova de Dentes’ and I I came to TVI, it was just starting, to do ‘Momentos de Glória’ at the invitation of the then director José Nuno Martins”, wrote Goucha at first.
“After 32 years, Teresa gains a new partner in the next mornings, Rui, my life partner. I could well say my husband, who is in fact, but I particularly appreciate the word companion, for everything it encompasses and then today I don’t feel like bothering those who are obtuse. What can I wish for Teresa and Rui? May they be happy”, concluded Goucha.
