The Prime Minister, Luís Montenegro, and the Minister of Youth and Innovation, Margarida Balseiro Lopes, had lunch this week with 50 young people from various professional areas and various regions of the country, as part of the celebrations of 50th anniversary of the April 25th Revolution.
The event took place at the São Bento Palace and included a visit to the palace gardens. And, next to Montenegro was his wife, Carla, in what was her first official event as First Lady.
Smiling and holding hands with her husband, Carla Montenegro chose to an elegant and sophisticated beige look that included a blouse with a bow collar. See the images in the photo gallery above.

Montenegro appealed to young Portuguese people to “remain in Portugal”ensuring that the Government is “more available than ever to give you the tools to build the future of our country”.
“We need this generation and the generations born in April more than ever. We need to stop the flight of human capital abroad. (…) We need young Portuguese people to take advantage of their abilities, and put them at the service of projects and at the service of the country”, he stated.
