Arapongas City Hall, through the Municipal Sports Department, announced this Tuesday (26), the “Giro Esportivo” with results obtained by athletes from Arapongas. After championships, municipal sporting events and parallel competitions, athletes from Arapongas spend a week full of activities.

Capoeira
Last Saturday (23), athletes from Arapongu participated in various sporting activities in the city of Ourinhos/SP. On this occasion, the Porto do Cais Capoeira Association represented the municipality of Arapongas. The teams had the opportunity to exchange knowledge with Capoeira professionals from the State of São Paulo and the State of Paraná.
Futsal
Another busy week in futsal. For their debut in the Metropolitan League, the U17 men’s team suffered a 4×00 defeat to the Londrinense team. The next game has not yet been announced by the organization. The U13 team debuted with victory in the Campeonato Paranaense and ended the round with 2 wins and 1 draw; according to the results below:

Bolão
The women’s Bolão team participated from March 21st to 24th in the Regional Bolão Tournament in the municipality of Pitanga/Pr. On that occasion, the team achieved fourth place. Participation in the competition served as preparation for the Paraná Open Games.
