The activity aimed to present the Cras work team, the services offered and the target audience.
The technicians Juliana Ferreira Costa (social worker) and Rosângela MS Botelho Dias (psychologist) explained to the participants about the social work carried out with families, the flows for assistance, types of benefits offered, the importance of registering in the Single Registry and the need for networking. Afterwards, there was an opening for questions and clarifications. All participants evaluated the action as instructive.
For ESF supervisor Afonso Pena, Gabriel Roberto Pardini Borges, the meeting was extremely important and productive. “Several doubts were resolved regarding flows and the provision of Cras Noroeste services. The strengthening of this partnership between health and social assistance will greatly strengthen the network’s services. As a suggestion, this meeting with the supervisors of health and primary care units would be essential,” he highlighted.
