On the SheFinds website, doctor Michael O. McKinney revealed some of the exercises you should do in the morning.

Aerobic exercises

Meditation
“Reduces symptoms of stress, anxiety and depression, while improving cognitive function, including memory.”
Puzzles or crosswords
“They challenge several mental functions, such as memory and attention.”
