Braga group that had revenues of 50 million in 2023 builds luxury development in the “heart” of Lisbon

The Arliz Group, from Braga, is building a luxury development, located just a few meters from Marquês de Pombal, in the “heart” of Lisbon. It is an investment of 11 million.

In a statement sent to O MINHO, the company from Braga states that “Conde Redondo Residences” is made up of 25 units, with typologies T0, T1 and T2, whose sales prices vary between 321 and 855 thousand euros.

The project is already in the final phase of commercialization.

According to the Arliz Group, a good part of the properties have already been sold, but there are still some options available in the development for those who want to settle in one of the most upscale areas of the capital: Rua Conde Redondo.

Strengthening presence in the luxury market

For Domingos Correia, CEO of the Arliz Group, this investment was an important step to reinforce the Group’s presence in the luxury market and, at the same time, contribute to the recovery of Lisbon’s buildings and the city’s real estate offer, which has proven to be a market attractive to buyers and investors.

“The Conde Redondo project is particularly important for the Arliz Group. This investment allowed us to reinforce our presence in the luxury real estate market and, at the same time, contribute to the dynamics of the city and its inhabitants, recovering a century-old building and enabling 25 families to settle there”, declares the person in charge, quoted in the statement. .

Future residents will be able to benefit from a strategic location, close to landmarks, such as Avenida da Liberdade and Parque Eduardo VII, as well as commerce and services. The construction is in the final finishing phase, with completion scheduled for the end of the first half of 2024.

“It is worth mentioning that all the apartments in this development have excellent finishes, spacious and welcoming interiors and large windows, which offer edyllic views over the city. The kitchens are ‘open space’ and are equipped with built-in appliances from ‘premium’ brands”, explains the company.

Revenue of 50 million in 2023

The Arliz Group was born in Braga, but soon expanded to other cities in mainland Portugal and the islands, eventually internationalizing and thus reaching countries such as Angola and Mozambique.

Today, with more than 30 years of presence in the market, it operates in several business areas: engineering and construction, metalworking, real estate development, hotels, car parks, rent a car and insurance.

It is currently, in addition to Conde Redondo, in Lisbon, linked to other large projects, such as the luxury developments Casal de Passos, in Foz do Douro, and The Lince Hotels hotels.

The Arliz Group closed 2023 with investments of around 83 million euros and around 50 million euros in revenue.
