During the Easter School Holidays, young children have a series of free activities to enjoy at the Lídia Jorge Municipal Library, in Albufeira.


Registration for the “School Holidays + Fun = Library” program starts today, March 11th, via email: [email protected]. The activities, which take place in the morning, from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm, on March 26th and 27th and April 2nd to 4th, are limited to 16 participants per workshop.

The Lídia Jorge Municipal Library, in Albufeira, once again hosts the “School Holidays + Fun = Library” program during the Easter school interruption period.

This year, the program includes two fun and educational workshops that promote creativity and explore arts and crafts.

On the 26th and 27th of March, the Municipal Library opens its doors to the Handwork Workshop – “Easter Games” for children aged 6 to 10 and, the following week, from the 2nd to the 4th of April, Easter Day is celebrated Children’s Book International with the Creative Writing and Drawing Workshop – “1|2|3 Tell me … Again…” aimed at young people between 8 and 12 years old.

The activities take place in the morning, from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm, and registration is free and is already underway.

Places are limited to 16 children per workshop, so those interested must register via email to [email protected].
