O Lagoas Park will be the starting point for the 7th Edition of the Oeiras Eco Rally – Portugalautomobile competition that will take place in the next few days April 5th, 6th and 7th.
The Oeiras Eco Rally- Portugal is the first motorsport event in Portugal aimed exclusively at vehicles powered by alternative energy, being part of the regular championship. The race is part of the official FIA calendar, forming part of the Bridgestone FIA ecoRally Cup.
The race is organized by Classic Clube de Portugal in partnership with the Portuguese Automobile and Karting Federation, and has logistical support and financial participation from the Municipality of Oeiras in the amount of €50,000 approved at a Chamber meeting.
