To the PACT Talks returned and the first session of this year was held last Monday, March 25th, in partnership with INVENTA to discuss essential topics related to Industrial Property rights (PI) and with the SME Fund 2024.
The Official Industrial Property Agent, European Trademark and Design Agent and Arbitrator at Arbitrare, Luís Caixinhasit was the speaker of the session that took place at the facilities of the PACT.
“This PACT Talk was fundamental to publicize the topic of IP and the PME 2024 Fund, and I sincerely hope that it will contribute to an increase in the number of patent applications, trademark registrations and design registrations in Alentejo. I was very pleased to see that the audience who attended participated actively with extremely pertinent questions about brands, patents and designs, which certainly helped to publicize the topic of IP”, stated Caixinhas, concluding with a thank you: “I cannot help but I would like to thank PACT for this opportunity and reiterate my full availability to return whenever necessary to discuss any matter related to IP.”
In October 2023, INVENTA became the PACT’s main partner in matters of Intellectual Propertyformalizing the integration of the company into the Intellectual Property Office of PACT, which will be accessible to its entire ecosystem soon.
With this agreement, PACT strengthens its capacity to support the regional business ecosystem, in the areas of entrepreneurship, research and innovation, promoting a more innovative and technological Alentejo.
