Renascença joins the Zome Summit, a meeting that brings together the Zome group from the 9th to the 11th of April at the Salgados Palace & Congress Center, in Albufeira.

On April 10, at 11:45 am, everyone can watch the debate moderated by Sandra Torres, from Renascença, on “The Future of Housing”. The panel, broadcast via streaming on Renascença’s website, Facebook and YouTube, brings together renowned guests from the real estate sector to discuss the challenges and opportunities in this area.

Follow Sandra Torres da Renascença’s conversation in a current and urgent debate on a topic that interests us all. Guests at this round table are manager António Ramalho, lawyer Filipa Arantes Pedroso and architect Luís Tavares Pereira.

The objective of this panel will be to address topics that are on the agenda and talk about solutions for the housing sector in Portugal, which include transversal measures across various spheres of activity, ranging from public-private partnerships, tax reform, support for young people in the acquisition of housing, improvement of infrastructure for access to large cities.

Starting at 11:45 am on the main stage and broadcast online on the Renascença website, Facebook and YouTube, this panel will feature the participation of recognized figures from various areas of the real estate sector:

  • António Ramalho, Manager and Industry Fellow at Católica Porto Business School and Vice-President of Fundação AIP;
  • Luís Tavares Pereira, Architect and commissioner of the initiative promoted by the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Porto “More than Houses”, which is part of the official celebration of the 50th anniversary of the 25th of April, and which brings together 25 Schools of Architecture, Landscape Architecture and of Fine Arts in Portugal;
  • Filipa Arantes Pedroso, Lawyer and partner at J+Legal, where she leads the Real Estate and Planning team. Founder of Wire Portugal (Women in Real Estate), an organization for all women in the real estate and construction sector.

About Zome Summit

The Zome Summit will take place from the 9th to the 11th of April at the Salgados Palace & Congress Center, in Albufeira and will be under the theme “Back to the Future”. The meeting aims to bring together all members of the Zome group in three days of socializing, debate and learning. This is the annual event for employees and the community of this 100% national real estate company.
