Portugal occupies the world ranking of Adapted Sailing for the 1st time

It’s true!… For the first time in the history of Sailing in Portugal, our country occupies 1st position in the Para World Sailing world ranking.

The feat is due to the sailing duo Guilherme Ribeiro It is Pedro Câncio Reisof Marina Portimão Yacht Club / Solidarity Sailingwhich managed to win first place in the world ranking in adapted sail after being runner-up in the world in the RS Venture Connect class last year.

The announcement was made last week by World Sailing and is a reflection of dedicated work and enormous effort on the part of the two sailors and their coach Luis Brito.

It should be noted that reaching this global level was only possible as a result of support and partnerships, namely the Municipality of Portimãothe Portuguese Sailing Federation and many other partners who, with their support, allowed the duo the best conditions in preparing for the major international competitions.

Teia D’Impulsos launches its first IRS Consignment Campaign

It is also worth highlighting that the Teia D’Impulsos Association has just announced that it launched its first IRS Consignment campaign.

It means that, from now on, everyone will be able to choose the Teia D’Impulsos for consign 0.5% of the IRS which, in any case, would end up with the State.

No one receives less IRS to pay by checking this option and you will still be paying contribute to the purchase of an adapted vanwhich will provide even more experiences for people with functional diversity.
