The Female Tuna of the Academic Association of the University of Aveiro (TFAAUAv), which celebrates 30 years of existence, is about to present another Night of Female Serenades. In this 22nd edition, it brings back its international character. The event will take place on April 13th, at 9pm at the Aveiro Congress Center and promises to (enchant) the public.
The XXII Night of Female Serenades will present four tunas in competition, coming not only from different parts of the country but also across borders. They are Tun’ao Minho – Female Academic Tuna of the University of Minho, Tun’Obebes – Female Engineering Tuna of the University of Minho, Cavaleiras de Sellium – Female Tuna of the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar and Female Tuna of the Faculty of Law of San Martin de Porres, coming directly from Peru. It will also feature the special participation of the Tuna Universitária de Aveiro and the Orquestra da Sociedade Musical Santa Cecília, and a presentation by the actress Ni Fernandes.
