The Eugénio de Almeida Foundation (FEA) and Out of The Box Europe promote the Meeting “Enhancing impact and qualification in volunteering”.

This meeting, which will take place on April 18th, is part of the EVI-DEMS project: Enhancing Volunteer Impact & Developing European Management Standards, which is implemented by several universities and volunteer organizations in Europe.

According to the FEA, the meeting aims to inform the volunteer ecosystem in Portugal of the main results of the project, namely, the proposed master’s degree in Volunteer Management, as well as the four support guides for professionals that also resulted from the project.

The meeting will give the possibility of debate between various agents at national level around the potential creation of a “Volunteering Knowledge Network in Portugal”.

This event will take place, between 9:30 am and 4:30 pm, at the Social Innovation Center of the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation.

It should be remembered that the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation has been promoting a broad volunteering program since 2001, in order to promote the qualified action of this practice of active citizenship in the Évora region, being a member of the European Volunteer Center.
