The Marinhais Culture Market, in the municipality of Salvaterra de Magos, hosted the “Cantigas de Abril” concert on April 24th, which recalled lyrics and music from other times.
António Grencho, Elias Oliveira, Manuel Monteiro, Joaquim David and Nuno Costa, almost all from the municipality of Salvaterra de Magos, interpreted themes that were censored, but which are now remembered as flags of the 25th of April revolution.
Organized by the Municipality of Salvaterra de Magos, this concert aimed to remember and perpetuate in memory the values that April brought to Portugal.
