Académico de Viseu organizes the 110th anniversary gala at Teatro Viriato on June 16th.
The ceremony takes place from 5:30 pm and will be the highlight of a day that the club wants to celebrate with the Arraial do Académico that will take place in Jardim de Santo António (next to Teatro Viriato and Escola Emídio Navarro).
According to the emblem, awards will be given at the gala to athletes who stood out last year with the Académico and honored figures who, over the years, have “based their lives on dedication and effort” for Viseu, the region and the Academista club .
Arraial do Académico, an event designed for the entire Viseu community, where there will be space for traditional games, a fan zone, several concerts and street food. The party will be “a day dedicated to coexistence between the club and the entire city”, adds the Academic.
The 110th anniversary celebrations began in January this year with the debut of the emblem’s new equipment, highlighting the golden color, alluding to the anniversary.
