Sale of rustic building
Comes Lucília Simão Viegas, head of Casal da Herança de, residing in Sitio do Clareanes, PO Box, 8100-236 Loulé, as heirs (owners) of Lucilia Simão Viegas, in the impossibility of notifying the owners of the adjoining rustic buildings, comes under the terms and for the purposes of the provisions of article 1380 of the civil article, communicate the intention to sell to Johannes Antonius Versten.
The rustic building on the Clareanes site, composed of cultivated land with an area of 240 m2, faces north: Caminho, South: Estrada, East: Joaquim Sousa Semião, West: Florentino Costa Luz, inscribed in the rustic matrix under article number 1929 , Parish of S. Clemente, municipality of Loulé, for the price of 10,000 euros.
Thus, in these terms, inform the owners of the adjacent rural buildings of the right to exercise the right of preference that assists them in this sale, within a period of 8 (eight) days, counting from the publication of this announcement, as stipulated in number 2 of the article 416 of the civil code, state whether they intend to exercise their right of preference, by written communication, via registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to the address described above.
