‘Shogun: The Glorious Saga of Japan‘, long-awaited historical series based on the literary classic of the same name written by James Clavellis now available on Star+ and now the platform streaming released an unprecedented preview of the fifth episode.
Entitled “The Eightfold Fence”the chapter will air the next day 19 March.

‘Shogun’ is set in feudal Japan and traces the collision of two ambitious men from different worlds and a mysterious samurai: John Blackthorne, a risky English sailor who ends up shipwrecked in Japan, a land whose unknown culture will end up redefining him; Lord Toranaga, a cunning and powerful daimyo, in conflict with his own dangerous political rivals; and Lady Mariko, a woman with invaluable skills but dishonorable family ties, who must prove her worth and her loyalty.
