Four years after the premiere of the previous chapter of Bad Boys, Will Smith will reunite with Martin Lawrence in a new adventure. Sony Pictures Brasil announced last Tuesday (26) the official trailer for Bad Boys: All the Waythe fourth film in the franchise that promises lots of action, high-speed chases and a generous dose of humor.
Directed again by the duo Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, who directed the third chapter, the new film pits the duo against a drug cartel when Captain Howard (Joe Pantoliano) is framed. The criminals’ next potential victims, Mike Lowrey (Smith) and Marcus Burnett (Lawrence) will need to use all their resources to fight them.
The trailer shows that, although older, the Bad Boys still have what it takes to escape assassination attempts and participate in intense action scenes. This time, they will also have to fight the police themselves, who are chasing them because they believe that the duo committed a major crime.
Bad Boys is back thanks to the public
In an interview conducted in 2023 by Colliderdirector El Arbi explained that the decision to call the third chapter of the series Bad Boys Forever it was a little hasty. Although at the time it appeared that Smith and Lawrence were indeed getting back together for one last reunion, The public response encouraged the production of a new film.

According to El Arbi, what makes the series produced by Jerry Bruckheimer stand out are his characters, with the action scenes and explosions taking a backseat.
In addition to the famous duo of protagonists, Bad Boys: All the Way will also feature names like Vanessa Hudgens, Alexander Ludwig, Paole Nuñez, Eric Dane, Ioan Gruffudd, Jacob Scipio, Melanie Liburd and Tasha Smith in its cast.
When does Bad Boys 4 premiere?
In the United States, The film is scheduled to premiere on June 7th this year. Although the film’s arrival date in Brazil shouldn’t be much different, so far it has not been confirmed. So far, all that Sony Pictures says is that the title will hit the national market “soon”.
