Kraven the Hunter’s debut has been postponed again

The film will now only premiere at the end of the year.

Kraven the Hunter is one of Sony’s upcoming films based on the universe of Spider man. But the production starring Aaron Taylor-Johnson has just been postponed again, this time to December 13, 2024.

Originally scheduled for January 2023, Kraven the Hunter it was postponed by the studio to October 2023 and then to October 2024, due to the actors and screenwriters’ strike. Now, the film premieres on beginning of December (ComicBook), the date that was originally for the new Karate Kid, which had its debut postponed to May 30, 2025.

Directed by JC Chandor (The Most Violent Year), Kraven the Hunter will tell the origin story of Sergei Kravinoff, a Russian immigrant who is tasked with proving that he is the greatest hunter in the world. In addition to Taylor-Johnson, the film also has Ariana DeBose (Love sublime love), Alessandro Nivola (All Saints of Newark) and Russell Crowe (Gladiator) in the cast.

Kraven the Hunter debut in December 13th at the movies.
