“My brother and I were watching Saturday Night Live in 1997 and we saw Hanson come out and play this ridiculous song (the catchy hit ‘MMMBop’). We thought, ‘We have to know who they are because they’re our age. Like us aren’t we there?’ We had a lot of conflicts that occurred when we started the band. Most people were like, ‘You guys are too young, you should do something else.
