Multi announced the arrival of four new chromebooks aimed at the educational sector, with ChromeOS and Google Education
Multi, formerly known as Multilaser, has just announced four new Chromebook models: the PC914, PC915, PC918 and PC924. They are aimed at the educational sector, with the aim of democratizing access to studies with technological tools.

In addition to having Intel Celeron platforms, the four models have similar technical characteristics, which can reach 4 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage in the case of the PC924. Therefore, they provide specifications more focused on simple tasks, such as editing texts and taking online classes, for example.
They run the ChromeOS operating system, including the Google Education platform, which provides useful applications for studies with easy access and usability.
Furthermore, the products come with extra features that can be useful, such as the possibility of remote blocking. Some models even feature a 2-in-1 construction, with a 360-degree hinge that allows the notebook to be used in tablet format.

According to Grupo Multi’s Product Director, Fernando Nogueira, the new models are the result of solid partnerships fundamental to the development of technologies that make a difference:
“Our commitment is to offer affordable and quality products, so that everyone can have access to resources that boost learning and digital inclusion.”
Nogueira also highlighted that the line of chromebooks “is an example of this vision, designed to meet the specific needs of the educational sector, without compromising security or quality.”
A specific date for the start of sales of the new chromebooks has not yet been confirmed, but it is likely that they will appear in stores and on Multi’s official website in the coming days.
