Electronic Arts shows what we can expect from the upcoming release of EA Sports F1 24 with a 13-minute gameplay video that offers a glimpse at three of the four updated circuits for this year’s game, including iconic locations such as Silverstone, Spa, the International Circuit of Lusail, the iconic Monaco circuit and the Shanghai International Circuit.
Featuring a variety of weather conditions and camera angles, the video reveals the level of detail and realism players can expect from the game.
In addition to the circuits, this video also highlights the cars from the 2024 Formula 1 season, which have been meticulously modeled using precise CAD data.
Among the game’s new features are voiceovers from real drivers, adapted from real Formula 1 television broadcasts. An additional highlight is the Dynamic Diffuse Global Illumination software, which promises to improve lighting, shadows and reflections, further increasing realism of the gaming experience.
EA Sports F1 24 is scheduled for release on May 28, 2024, on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and PC platforms.
