Having a thermal camera within reach of your pocket is something that can be truly useful, not only for engineering professionals, but also for those curious about nocturnal nature, among others.

The new BL9000 Pro features the latest FLIR Lepton 3.5 camera, an evolution compared to version 2.5 present in the BV6600 Pro, BL8800 Pro and BV8900 models.

In addition to existing features, such as multi-point analysis, secondary analysis and spatial-temporal analysis, the BL9000 Pro brings new features: temperature alerts, linear and circular temperature measurement, picture-in-picture mode and exclusive support for the MyFLIR Pro app and the Teledyn FLIR Mobile SDK for developing other apps.

This thermal camera has a resolution of 160×120 pixels, 4 times higher than the previous generation, thus offering a much more defined thermal image. In addition, it has the support of VividIR technology, to further improve image quality.

The other features of the Blackview BL9000 Pro

This new BL9000 Pro offers a unique set of features, with details that make a difference and put it at the top, compared to what currently exists on the market. We already had the opportunity to analyze its predecessor Blackview BL9000, where the main difference is in the rear screen instead of the thermal camera.

The new Blackview BL9000 Pro is equipped with a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 8020 5G SoC, with 12 GB of RAM (expandable up to 36 GB RAM) and 512 GB of FlashUFS 3.1 internal storage.

The main screen has a diagonal of 6.78″, with FullHD+ resolution (1080 x 2460 px), refresh rate of 120 Hz and maximum brightness of 600 nits. The screen has Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.

The battery of this smartphone has a total capacity of 8800 mAh, internally consisting of two 4400 mAh batteries. This allows you to charge at a staggering maximum power of 120W! Furthermore, this battery allows you to charge other devices as if it were a power bank.

This smartphone features image capture with AI, where on the back you can count on 2 cameras, one with 50 MP Samsung ISOCELL GN5 and another with 13 MP wide angle and ultra macro. On the front, it has a 50 MP SK Hynix 5022Q camera.

As this is an all-terrain smartphone, it has IP68, IP69K and MIL-STD-810H certificates. Additionally, it offers Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), 5G and 4G mobile networks, with a slot for 2 nano SIM cards. It has NFC, fingerprint sensor on the side and Harman Kardon stereo sound (Smart-PA). This smartphone weighs 412g and measures 179.5 x 82.6 x 17 mm.

Finally, another big news is the inclusion of DokeOS 4.0 based on Android 14, with all the usability and security new features launched and made available by Google.
