Ronnie Lessa denounces those responsible for the murder of Marielle Franco

Last Tuesday (19), former military police officer Ronnie Lessa denounced those behind the murders of Marielle Franco and driver Anderson Gomes, in 2018. Furthermore, he also told how the hiring took place and the circumstances of the crime. His contractors are part, according to him, of a powerful political group in Rio de Janeiro, with interests in different sectors of the State.

The plea bargain was approved by the Minister of the Federal Supreme Court (STF), Alexandre de Moraes.

Information from g1 states that Lessa did not want to collaborate with the investigations, but changed his mind after Élcio de Queiroz handed him over as responsible for the homicides. In the first statement, the former PM told who hired him and gave details about meetings he held with those who hired him, both before and after the murders.

Lessa also provided clues, evidence and circumstances about her involvement in the crime and who ordered the deaths. The motive for the double homicide was also reported.

After the accusation, the case ended up in the STF, as there is suspicion of involvement of a member of the National Congress.
