The 2025 Chevrolet Spin now has a price. The remodeled minivan starts at R$119,990 and reaches R$144,990 in the top-of-the-line Premier version (since Active is not in the portfolio for now). The model, which competes directly with Citroën C3 Aircross and Renault Duster, for example, is available in four versions with five and seven seat options. Autoesporte, in fact, has already ridden in the car.

In addition to the new look, as it receives a design that follows Chevrolet’s most current visual language, the minivan is also more technological. However, the engine is the veteran 1.8 aspirated with 111 hp and 17.7 kgfm. The transmission can be manual or six-speed automatic.

Either way, the set has been recalibrated to stay in line. Thus, Spin also became more economical. According to GM, urban consumption is 10.5 km/l with gasoline and 7.3 km/l with ethanol. On the road, the averages are 13.4 km/l and 9.3 km/l.

In terms of appearance, the main changes are concentrated at the front. The grille has become bigger and wider, while the Full LED headlights, divided into two parts, offer a 145% increase in range. Furthermore, the minivan also adds a higher hood (SUV look) and new fenders. The rear, in turn, features a new set of Full LED lights with a trim on the trunk lid that changes depending on the version.

More equipment

However, the main highlight in the 2025 line is the evolution of technology. From the entry-level configuration, the Spin adopts the digital instrument panel with an 8-inch screen and the unprecedented multimedia center has an 11” display. In fact, the minivan is the first GM model with the new generation of MyLink connectivity system with native Wi-Fi and remote system updates, for example.

There are also more USB and USB-C ports, digital air conditioning, induction cell phone charger and features such as push-button engine start, rain sensor, lane departure alerts, frontal collision with pedestrian detection and blind spot aiming. , as well as autonomous emergency braking and parking sensors. Starting with the LT version, with automatic transmission, the brand adds air conditioning output with individual flow control in the second row.

  • Automatic LT (5 seats): same equipment as the manual LT, but adds air conditioning in the second row, cruise control and 6-speed automatic transmission.
  • Automatic LTZ (7 seats): all the equipment of the automatic LT, plus rain sensor with automatic adjustment, rear parking sensor, folding third row seat, chrome interior door handles, 16” aluminum wheels, steering wheel with premium coating, automatic digital air conditioning and automatic ignition of the headlights.
  • Automatic Premier (7 seats): all LTZ equipment, but adds forward collision warning, lane departure warning, blind spot warning, automatic emergency braking, distance indicator to the vehicle in front, front grille with chrome details, vehicle-colored bumpers , 16” aluminum wheels with exclusive two-tone finish and induction cell phone charger.

Direct rival

The Citroën C3 Aircross is Chevrolet Spin’s main rival in the Brazilian market. The model from the French brand starts at R$112,990 (R$109,990 when purchased online) and goes up to R$136,990. In other words, it is slightly cheaper than the minivan. Remembering that, in the case of the C3 Aircross, the transmission is always automatic, CVT type, which simulates seven gears.
