Xiaomi is preparing to accept the first orders for its first electric car in China. The SU7 will begin the test drive phase and the brand ended up confirming the maximum price of the vehicle on social media.
According to Gizmochina, the Xiaomi SU7 will be sold below 500,000 yuan. In other words, we know that the most premium version of the vehicle is below the equivalent of €63,820.

Remember that the Xiaomi SU7 was officially revealed in December and, at this initial stage, is only scheduled to arrive on the Chinese market. But the vehicle has also been on display at a global event, during the Mobile World Congress, in Barcelona.
This Thursday, Xiaomi will reveal the official price of the vehicle and the first orders will begin to be accepted. We already know the maximum price of the vehicle, now we need to know what the starting price will be.
Remember that the Xiaomi SU7 will be sold in two versions: SU7 and SU7 Max. According to what the brand revealed in the presentation, this will vary between an estimated autonomy of 688 km and 800 km. But coming from Xiaomi, attractive prices are expected.
The prices of electric cars have been falling in recent times and Xiaomi may have to compete with giants in the sector, such as Tesla, in a price war. The next few years will tell if there will be a place to do this.
Remember that the Xiaomi SU7 is part of Xiaomi’s new philosophy: Human x Car x Home. The brand launched the HyperOS operating system, which already runs on many of its smartphones, home products and will also be on its first car.
