In a ceremony that will be held this Wednesday, April 3, starting at 3pm in the auditorium of the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), in Brasília (DF), and broadcast live, ANAC and the Ministry of Ports and Airports (MPor) will officially launch the program that will improve Brazilian civil aviation: Asas para Todos.

Asas para Todos aims to promote diversity, inclusion and training in the airline sector. The launch event schedule includes the signing of a protocol of intentions with companies and associations in the segment, in addition to the formalization of a technical cooperation agreement between ANAC, MPor and four other ministries: Tourism; of the women; of Racial Equality; and Human Rights and Citizenship.
The event will end with the presentation of accessibility initiatives adopted by the main airlines operating in Brazil, followed by the presentation of a prize to encourage investment in the topic by airlines and airport operators.
The program already has 15 projects underway, associated with three subprograms: training and qualification, inclusion and diversity, and women in aviation.
The visual identity of the Asas para Todos program was carefully designed to reflect the three fundamental pillars of the initiative: the inclusion of women, represented by purple; diversity, symbolized by blue; and formation, expressed by orange.
Wings for All is part of the Agency’s sustainability policy and was designed to increase the participation of all segments of the population in the civil aviation sector, through educational and inclusive actions and combating discriminatory and racist practices.
The initiatives are aimed at low-income students, LGBTQIA+ people, black people and those with disabilities, professionals in the field, passengers and ANAC employees.
